Asst. Prof. Tiu Wins 2025 Kouba Prize for Best Paper in International Peace and Security Asst. Prof. Tiu’s paper, titled “Treating Social Media Corporations as Quasi-State Actors to Address the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Content Moderation,” is this year’s winner of the Jon Kouba Prize for Best Paper in International Peace and Security.
