UP LAW CENTER PUBLICATION
Since 1963, the U.P. Law Complex Publications have sought to make the Law more accessible to students, law practitioners, government agencies and administrators, and discerning readers in line with the Law Center’s public service mandate. The Publications focus on holistic legal scholarship through studies, monographs, research papers, articles, and works on timely legal issues, written by internationally recognized authors and respected Philippine legal experts and educators.
The Publications’ benchmark series, the Textbook Writing Project, offers law students affordable textbooks and reference materials from the faculty of the Philippines’ premier law school. The comprehensive series covers the core subjects in legal education, and offers in-depth analyses of the law in the local context. The ongoing project has released definitive volumes that have become indispensable for the study of Philippine law.
The Law Center also produces annually updated Bar Examination materials for Bar reviewers. The Answers to Bar Examination Questions covers all subjects in the Bar examinations. A select group of experts and authorities in each Bar subject meet, discuss, and prepare the suggested answers. The finalized answers are then transmitted to the Chairman of the Supreme Court Bar Examination Committee who in turn furnish the copies to the respective examiners.
