The Human Resources Development Office (HRDO) of UP Diliman manages all regular item job applications of the UP College of Law. Please proceed to the HRDO links below for the specifics of the recruitment process.

Interested applicants must read carefully and observe strictly the following instructions:

1. Fully accomplished RSS Form (NO NEED TO PRINT) and send it to hrdorecruitment.upd@up.edu.ph

2. Letter of application (indicate the position title, item number, college/unit) certifying that all the attached documents are true and correct; pursuance to the Data Privacy Act of 2012

3. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) with signature and recent photo taken within the last six (6) months

4. Fully accomplished Work Experience Sheet with signature

5. Performance rating
a. for applicants employed in the government service, last and previous ratings are required for appointment by promotion or transfer;
b. for applicants working in private companies and/or classified according to Job Order/Contract of Service, submission of two (2) rating periods is highly encouraged      

6. Photocopy of a certificate of eligibility (i.e., board rating, valid license, or an equivalent certification)      

7. Photocopy of school credentials
a. Official Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma for positions requiring graduate studies, bachelor’s degree or minimum 2-year studies in college/vocational/trade course
b. High School/Elementary School Diploma or any official DepEd certificate, etc. for positions requiring at least basic education      

8. Photocopy of relevant training/seminar certificates
      

9. Photocopy of previous and current employment certificates with duties and responsibilities, if applicable

NOTE:

  1. Applicants must submit a separate set of application if applying for more than one job vacancy.
  2. All documents submitted shall be considered as property of UPD-HRRD Office and has the prerogative to make any actions that are deemed appropriate.
  3. Application with incomplete documents shall not be considered in the list of qualified applicants.
  4. Late submission shall not be accepted and entertained.
  5. Only documents received on or before the deadline shall be used as basis for evaluation.
  6. In view of the Pandemic, all applicants are required to merge all their application documents in a single file and send it in PDF format
