UP IHR–IPLPP provides Human Rights Training for Aeta/Ayta Communities in Central Luzon The University of the Philippines Institute of Human Rights – Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program (UP IHR–IPLPP) conducted a community visit and human rights training for Aeta/Ayta communities from Bataan, Tarlac, and Zambales, who gathered in Limay, Bataan on 18 April 2026.
