MCLE Courses
The Institute for the Administration of Justice (IAJ) is mandated to provide continuing legal education to members of the Bar and those involved in the administration of justice. In compliance with Supreme Court Bar Matter No. 850 or the Resolution on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), the IAJ arranges and customizes MCLE programs tailor-fitted to the needs of various government and private agencies to include topics on current jurisprudence and administrative policies for various government agencies, and local and international organizations and institutions.

Procedure:
- Register via uplaw.ph/mcleaugf2f2024program until 5:00 PM of 8 August 2024 and deadline of payments are as follows:
- Cash payment thru the UPLC Collection and Disbursement Section (CDS) is until 12:00 NN of 09 August 2024 on a First Come First Serve basis.
- Online payment is until 12:00 NN of 09 August 2024 on a First Come First Serve basis.
- Wait for the IAJ to send you a pre-enlistment email (a) confirming their pre-enlistment and (b) informing them of the payment details and seminar requirements.
- Pay via Landbank’s LinkBiz Portal (online) or the UP Law Center’s Cash Disbursement Section (physical), and send a proof of payment in accordance with the email.
- Wait for a confirmation registration email containing participation details and any additional seminar requirements, including the link to the Evaluation Form.
Other Information:
- Refund of payment and/or transfer of schedule to another program will not be allowed.
- We will not accept enrollment during the seminar.
