The Institute of International Legal Studies (IILS) facilitated a three-day online training seminar on international law and space law with the staff of the Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) from June 2 to 4, 2021. Recalibrating the Response to Terrorism: A Model Reconciling Different Fields of International Law This project hopes to find a clear definition of terrorism (based on conventional and customary international law) that delineates between responses under international humanitarian law and a state’s law-enforcement framework.
