On behalf of the Philippine Society of International Law President, Professor Elizabeth E. Aguiling-Pangalangan, we wish to extend to you this formal invitation to a webinar organized by the Department of Foreign Affairs, in partnership with the PSIL and the Philippine Association of Law Schools (PALS), marking the 75th anniversary of the founding of the UN Charter.

This webinar will be held on 22 October 2020 from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. It will feature the Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the United Nations Ambassador Enrique A. Manalo, and U.P. College of Law professor and PSIL member, Andre C. Palacios. Reactors are Department of Justice Undersecretary Emmiline Aglipay-Villar, Consul at the Philippine Embassy in The Netherlands Zoilo Velasco, PSIL Secretary Prof. Romel Bagares and Prof. Maria Luisa Rosales.
