The ICL Blog is the official blog of the UP Institute of International Legal Studies on International Criminal Law issues. The blog is a platform for Filipino legal scholars and lawyers to comment on or discuss developments in international law, particularly those relating to international criminal law matters of relevance to the Philippines. It is also a venue for commentaries and the expression of diverse views of and approaches by ICL scholars all over the world. 

The ICL Blog brings together voices from the academe, governments, and private practice to engage in an exposition of ideas on developments in the field and to ensure constant Philippine engagement on ICL issues.
