
The University of the Philippines College of Law through the Institute of International Legal Studies (IILS) and the Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) invites all interested participants to a discussion entitled: “Space Law Today: Treaties, Obligations, and Legal Challenges in the Contemporary International Order” on March 11, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN at Room 307, Malcolm Hall, University of the Philippines, Diliman. Registration will begin at 9:30 AM.
The lecture will be delivered by the Legal and Programme Officer of Space Law at the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs, Ms. Rosanna Hoffman. Ms. Hoffman leads the Global Space Law Project and serves as the Secretary of the Working Group on Legal Aspects of Space Resources Activities under the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.
