The University of the Philippines Law Center, the Brigham Young University and the Philippine Center for Islam and Democracy (PCID), is organizing the 3rd International Forum on Law and Religion on July 31, 2019. The whole day forum will be held at the Henry Sy, Sr. Hall of the University of the Philippines BGC campus, and is envisioned to promote intellectual discourse among and between lawyers, legal scholars, human rights and rule of law advocates on issues that interface religion with governance and regulatory structures, legal norms and processes. This year’s theme will focus on whether the right to religion or belief should remain a universal human right. Appropriate MCLE credits will be given for participation in the plenary and special sessions, as listed in the attached draft program.
