ROWENA DAROY MORALES
Associate Professor of Law
Rowena E.V. Daroy-Morales has been lecturing in the UP College of Law since 1995 and became Associate Professor in 2014. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines in 1973. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree as a Dean’s Medalist from the University of the Philippines in 1993. She also earned her Master of Arts in Communications degree from the College of Mass Communication in UP.
Prof. Morales was a Law Associate in Sycip Salazar Gatmaitan Law Firm, Labor Auditor of Verite, Inc., and Lead Facilitator of the PHILJA-Supreme Court Project on Change Management and Case Flow Management. Currently, she is a Director of the Office of Legal Aid (OLA), a lecturer in MCLE, an Executive Committee member of the Gerry Roxas Foundation, Inc. and a Lawyer-on-call for the Reception and Study Center for Children (DSWD).
