Assistant Professor of Law
Carlo Vistan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology in the University of the Philippines in 1998, graduating cum laude. He took up his Bachelor of Laws (Ll.B) degree in the same university, and graduated cum laude and class valedictorian in 2003. While in law school, he worked as a Court Legal Researcher, and later on as Acting Branch Clerk of Court, for Branch 227 of the Regional Trial Court in Quezon City. Prof. Vistan was previously with the Ponce Enrile Reyes and Manalastas Law Offices, the then Andres Marcelo Padernal Guerrero and Paras Law Offices, and the Bengzon Law Firm. He now has his own practice and handles mostly litigation and election cases. He also teaches at the Angeles University Foundation School of Law.
